Body training
Biofeedback
Train your body's physiological responses in real time — building the self-regulation skills that help you manage stress, anxiety and performance.
What is biofeedback?
Your body has signals — learn to read them
Biofeedback is a training method in which sensors measure your body's physiological signals in real time and display them on a screen. By watching your own data — heart rate variability, breathing rate, skin conductance or muscle tension — you learn to consciously influence them.
With practice, the body internalises these skills. What begins as deliberate effort becomes an automatic ability to stay calm under pressure, recover faster from stress, and perform at your best.
Biofeedback is often combined with neurofeedback for a more comprehensive mind-body approach.
Measured signals
What we measure
Different physiological channels reveal different aspects of your stress and recovery state.
Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
HRV reflects the balance between your sympathetic (fight-or-flight) and parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) nervous systems. Training HRV builds resilience and emotional regulation.
Respiratory rate
Breathing patterns directly influence the nervous system. We train slow, diaphragmatic breathing to activate the parasympathetic response and reduce chronic tension.
Skin conductance (GSR)
Galvanic skin response reflects emotional arousal and stress levels. Learning to lower your GSR response translates directly to calmer reactions under pressure.
Muscle tension (EMG)
Electromyography detects chronic muscular tension that is often held unconsciously, particularly in the shoulders and jaw. Releasing this tension reduces pain and fatigue.
Skin temperature
Peripheral temperature drops under stress as blood is redirected centrally. Training temperature regulation supports deep relaxation and vascular health.
Combined NF + BF
Combining neurofeedback and biofeedback in the same session gives a complete picture of mind-body regulation — the most comprehensive approach we offer.
